Our trainings always deal with enriching principles, methodical and personal abilities and a vivid culture that we call “facilitative”. Since many years we have been sharing our know-how, abilities and techniques in facilitation and visual facilitation. Thereby we respect the IAF´s (International Association of Facilitators) standards.

Visual Facilitating Basic Workshop
“Visual Facilitating” means to use picture language during group work, during presentations and coaching, in workshops or simply in discussions. We offer you a short introduction to the wonderful world of picture language and betray how you can use it in different kind of group situations with the help of many practical examples.

Visual Facilitating Advanced Workshop
Would you like to enlarge your capabilities to work with visuals and pictures? Would you like to become more creative, fast and dynamic in visualizing in front of a group? Would you like to combine your group work techniques with visual facilitation and graphic recording skills?

Facilitator-Training
You would like to comprehend and interpret cooperation in groups and organisations? You would like to use different dialog techniques and group designs as a “facilitative” leader in groups and meetings ? You would like to get to know Models of organisational structure that simplify and clear change processes in large organisations as well as in other areas (business area, administrations, field work). You would like to use different interventions/Change Designs/dialog techniques, successfully used in the whole world (e.g. Real Time Strategic Change; Whole Scale Change; Open Space Technology, World Café, Future Search, Appreciative Inquiry, Visual Facilitation,…)?
