Facilitator-Training

The modular training of the Kommunikationslotsen deals with Change Management and Facilitation. The main idea is to demonstrate you how you can help your organisation, department, team or clients to experience facilitation. Thus you make sure that people effectively join their different perspectives, experiences and knowledge in order to learn from each other

Target group
Change Managers and persons that are seeking to create meetings that effect that are seeking to successfully communicate in a team and that are seeking to successfully initiate change: Manager and Assistant Managers, Men and Women that are directing different departments, owner of medium sized businesses and self employers in various sections (working in an engineering office or in a medical group practice).

Your trainer
Roswitha Vesper and Holger Scholz are the first German facilitators, certificated according to international standards. They are both members of the IAF, International Association of Facilitators. They are authors of the knowledge maps (Open Space Technology, World Café and Appreciative Inquiry) and have been counselling since many years national organisations, organisations that go global and consolidated companies.
